Please read the form carefully (see attachment), print it out, fill it out, and bring
with you the Registration Form and the
requested amount of cash or a check made out to PTCC. There will be people to sign you in
with your own score or to help you buy or borrow a score.
- Membership Booklet. This contains all sorts of info you'll need to know. Each season a new cover is issued by the board with schedule details and other things specific to that season.
